Akasha what? My experience with the Akashic Records

If you’re new to the Akashic Records, welcome here! It is like a cosmic history browser that is never erased, some might refer to this as the 8th Dimension or the Quantum. But regardless, the veil is thin and now we get to see. And that’s why you were led here.

The Akashic Records: the soul’s archive
Imagine the Akashic Records as an energetic field of information—a vibrational imprint of every thought, experience, and lesson your soul has ever bumped into. All experiences leave an energetic imprint in your soul with a story to tell.
Some call it a universal database, others see it as a cosmic Google Drive for your soul. But it isn’t just spiritual theory. Many ancient traditions, from Hinduism to the Kabbalah, reference a “Book of Life” where everything is recorded (=akasha, from Sanskrit). Quantum physics even hints at an interconnected field of consciousness beyond time and space.

But to truly understand this, you will need an open heart, because our brains can only process it so much.

Here we get connected to our mentors, guides and loved ones that support us on this earth journey, but from the other side. The side we can’t see with our human eyes, but we know they are with us when we get in touch with our heart chakra. As a disclaimer, we are always connected, it’s just that when we have the intention to “enter the records”, we get into a state where we are more open to receiving.

If you’ve ever felt stuck or unsure about your next step, the Akashic Records can offer clarity by revealing your soul’s blueprint: the themes, lessons, and energetic contracts you came here to experience or that you can clear. But if you’re expecting to be told what to do - this ain’t it. The universal right of free will is very respected. The spiritual guidance provided helps you see past the illusion of separateness, and it can start as providing small steps into your routine to build up confidence for bigger moves. If you don’t act on your “small intuition”, are you able to trust the big insights?
2. Healing repeating patterns
Some struggles aren’t just about this lifetime. If you keep running into the same challenges whether in relationships, career, or self-worth, your records might reveal the deeper, soul level origins, helping you break free from cycles that no longer serve you. For instance, I struggle A LOT with positioning my voice out in the world and afraid of being seen, which messes me up specially in leadership roles. This is due to many lives of being silenced in so many ways. The fact that I am doing this, specially in a second language (as I am native Portuguese speaker) it is really poking my comfort zone. As I work on it, it’s another cycle I get to break, I heal a bit more and life keeps gifting me. That’s the beauty in learning more on this topic from an energetic soul perspective.
3. Remembering your inner power
Again, tuning into the Akashic Records isn’t about getting all the answers handed to you, it’s about activating the wisdom already within you. The records mirror back your truth, helping you reclaim the inner knowing you may have forgotten. Remember the joy you feel when you find that thingy you lost for so long and it is so special for you? That’s the feeling! For every single session I either receive or give, I leave feeling inspired and energized! Sometimes we take for granted the gifts we have because it comes easy for us…but dang! If you only knew how important that is in this new Earth we are building! And when we walk on this high vibration, the synchronicities, people, situation just feel so aligned, it’s hard to deny it.
My personal journey in the akashic records
The Akashic Records aren’t locked away in some mystical vault, you can access them through intention, meditation, and deep energetic attunement. While some people use prayers or guided techniques, working with a trained reader can help you navigate your records with more ease and depth. I can’t thank her enough for helping me to be where I am right now.
During my trainings with her, I was able to identify the ways I communicate with spirit through my clairs - being mostly Claircognizance and Clairsentience with some visuals at the moment. And don’t get too attached to it because clairs keep changing. For me, the most difficult part was to trust that I was truly receiving information from my guides, because my logical brain was comparing my experiences with everyone else’s to validate something that doesn’t work in such “logical” way.
This world was so new to me, at least on this incarnation round. For instance, in the beginning, “everyone was seeing” and there I was, feeling energy! I thought I was not “doing it right”. Having someone with her experience while you’re learning is ideal so you can navigate these waters with ease. The amount of old beliefs and fears to shed so I could start seeing myself for who I am…uff! And when I resisted, a dream would come to validate the information I received so I was like OKAY 🤡
The more I practiced and read for others, that helped me understand my gifts and how I can help people. And that’s not “all in my head”. You just can’t fake this sh*t up!
Although sometimes I feel like I wasted some time in self-criticism and self-doubt, ironically, the people who reached out to me for a session are usually struggling with these patterns too. Or they are facing big life transitions (I also did major moves in my life). Looking back, I can see now how I was being prepared to show up and hold space. That doesn’t mean I am “cured” from this self-doubt, but now I know I have a huge team helping me out here and I am better equipped and surrounded by people that helps me remember even for the split second I dare to forget.
As we learn and grow, we are able to help others break free from the very same thing - and so here we are!
