This journey was created because I’ve been there myself. Constantly pushing myself to be best, to perform, to not let anyone down. I was everywhere and anywhere. Just to find myself at the end of the day depleted, soul-sucked. It took me a while to differentiate what was mine to carry and what was for others. My spirit needed nurturing, I was craving more space and freedom.

And now I’m taking all I’ve learned to best serve you, so you can reclaim your power and live your truth! I incorporate different holistic spiritual practices into this space: mindfulness, journaling, akashic records reading, energy reading, reiki, meditation, herbalism - all with a practical approach because spirituality grounded in reality is the recipe for an abundant life.

  • Reiki is a modality of energy healing that originated in Japan. Rei (Universal) Ki (Vital Life Force Energy) enhances the flow of subtle energy in your body and through your chakras, supporting well-being in your spiritual, emotional, mental and physical body. The Chakras are energy centers located in our energetic field, and there are 7 present in our bodies.

    When we balance our chakras through Reiki, we “unclog” the energy so it can move through our field easily, supporting your well-being in all aspects.

    Reiki is non invasive and everyone's experience is different - you might feel a deep sense of relaxation, heat or tingling feeling in parts of your body, vivid dreams or might feel nothing at all. In any case, Reiki is working and will be directed to where you need the most.

    I am a certified Reiki Usui Master and I am capable to work with energy cross location, time and multidimensions.

  • I access the Akashic Records of the group to receive any information from the Record Keepers for the highest good of all participants. These are uplifting messages to support the group journey. If you are interested in messages only for you, please book your private session with me through my website.

    The Akashic Records are an energetic dimension that contains all information since creation, of this timeline and multiple dimensions. Akasha, from Sanskrit, means ether or primary substance - that all things are formed. All events and how they make us feel leave an energetic imprint in our soul’s journey, with a story to tell.

    I might also use oracle cards or pendulums if I feel called to.

  • No worries! The meditation part will be recorded so you can watch later. However, the group conversation is not recorded for privacy reasons.

    There is no refund for missed meetings.

  • YES! Meditation is not the absence of thought, or trying to shut down your thinking mind or your feelings. But rather, bringing loving awareness when your mind starts drifting, without judging it. Also, meditation doesn’t mean sitting still, there are bunch of ways to do it and I will show you how :)

    During our practices, you will learn techniques to support this habit and you can easily incorporate more of that in your routine.

  • An open heart and a curious mind, a notebook, pen/pencil.

    Since we host virtual meetings, you need easy access to internet; and you can join from your computer, tablet or phone.

  • All of our soul work is done via Zoom, allowing you to experience the full depth of support from the comfort of your own space.

    Energy knows no limits of space or time, so whether near or far, our virtual sessions are just as powerful and transformative as in-person. Rest assured, you'll receive real-time guidance and healing, no matter where you are in the world.

    If you cannot catch one of the days “live”, you will access the recording and I am also available for questions through our journey together.
